Description

ShE elevator links are designed for suspending elevators from the hooks of traveling block systems during tripping operations performed in the workover of oil and gas wells in temperate and cold climatic regions in accordance with GOST 16350-80.

The elevator link is a closed oval-shaped steel loop elongated along one axis. It is manufactured from a round steel blank (welded construction). The upper end of the link is bent at an angle of 15°, while the lower end is bent to a radius. The lower end is equipped with a handle to improve convenience and safety during handling.

ShE elevator links are used in pairs. Their upper ends are suspended from the throat or horns of the traveling block hook, while their lower ends are inserted into the elevator eyes, thereby providing the connection between the hook and the elevator.
