Responsibilities:
- Development of conceptual, technical, and working designs for highly complex, complex, and medium-complexity products.
- Preparation of kinematic diagrams, general layouts, and theoretical coordination of individual structural elements based on basic diagrams and conceptual designs.
- Performing technical calculations for projects, technical and economic analysis, functional cost analysis of designed structures, and risk assessment during development of new products.
- Participation in installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance into operation of prototypes, assemblies, systems, and components of new and upgraded products manufactured by the company.
Requirements:
- Higher professional (technical) education.
- Work experience in a relevant position.
Responsibilities:
- Disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of units and mechanisms.
- Manufacturing and repair of tools and fixtures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Mechanical processing of parts and assemblies, manufacturing of fixtures for repair and installation works.
- Ability to perform rigging operations.
- Knowledge of design features of complex special and universal tools and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Marking structural elements of parts and assemblies on blanks (holes and other elements).
- Performing part marking according to design documentation.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 year.
- Knowledge of technical drawing fundamentals, methods of marking structures and assemblies, and rules for using measuring instruments.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring tools.
Responsibilities:
- Grinding and finishing of flat, cylindrical, conical, complex, and critical parts.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 year.
- Knowledge of the design and operation principles of serviced grinding machines.
Responsibilities:
- Marking parts according to drawings.
- Cutting large profiles, complex parts, and sheet metal blanks.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 year.
- Knowledge of design and operating principles of various types of presses and press shears.
- Knowledge of tolerances for cutting blanks and parts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring electronic equipment and servers.
- Performing repairs and ordering necessary spare parts.
- Tracking software errors and failures.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up mechanical and electromechanical devices of CNC machines in idle and operating modes.
- Preparing CNC equipment for machining complex parts using various cutting tools.
