About the product
The PMT2-125×21 Compact Double Ram Tubing Blowout Preventer is designed for wellhead sealing with pipe rams in the upper channel when tubing is present in the well and blind rams in the lower channel when tubing is absent. It also allows sealing tubing of different diameters. Tubing and ESP cable sealing is performed using pipe-and-cable rams in the upper channel after replacing standard pipe rams with pipe-and-cable rams

Description
PMT2 Series Compact Double Blowout Preventers are designed for:
- sealing the wellhead around tubing using tubing rams in the upper body cavity;
- sealing the wellhead when no tubing is present using blind rams in the lower body cavity;
- simultaneous sealing of tubing and the ESP power cable at the wellhead using tubing/cable rams and a tubing/cable centralizer;
- sealing the wellhead around tubing of various diameters; when no tubing is present, the wellhead is sealed using tubing rams closed on a pup joint equipped with a ball valve;
- sealing the wellhead around a wireline (geophysical) cable.
PMT2 Series Compact Double Blowout Preventers are manufactured in accordance with TU 05273837.303838.014.
