The PMT-156×21 Blowout Preventer is designed for wellhead sealing using pipe rams (when tubing is present in the well), blind rams (when tubing is absent), and pipe-and-cable rams (when tubing and ESP cable are present). PMT ram-type tubing preventers are used to ensure wellhead sealing to prevent and eliminate open flows, as well as oil, gas, and water influxes

Description
PMT Series Compact Tubing Blowout Preventers are designed for:
- sealing the wellhead around tubing (NKT) using pipe rams;
- sealing the wellhead in the absence of tubing using blind rams (when a split cable pack-off (GKR) is installed in the upper preventer sub);
- sealing the wellhead around a wireline logging cable;
- manual operation under pressure up to 21 MPa;
- simultaneous sealing of tubing and ESP cable at the wellhead when using tubing-cable rams and a tubing-cable centralizer.
PMT Series Compact Tubing Blowout Preventers are manufactured in accordance with TU 05273837.303838.014.
